ITINERARY OF THE HALF DAY AFTERNOON TOUR :

– Meeting Point : Cour de la Gare 51100 – Reims (in front of the small Tourism Office at the Train Station)
– We are NOT based in PARIS but in REIMS (45 min by TGV Train)
◊ Visit of a First Producer : Small Family Grower “Premier Cru area”
– Explanation of the different steps for the Champagne making process
– Visit of the Cellar
– Tasting of 3 different types of Champagnes (Independent Producer)
◊ Visit of Hautvillers : Village where Dom Perignon lived
– Small visit of the Birth of Champagne, his church and where he is buried.
◊ Driving through Champagne Vineyards
– Stop into View points to take pictures and to Explain you the growing part.
◊ Visit of a Second Producer : Small Family Grower “Premier Cru area”
– Tasting of 3 different types of Champagnes (Independent Producer)
◊ Back to Reims arround 6 pm

Our Small Independent Champagne Producers are all located in the countryside, outside of the city, between Reims & Epernay. We choose them according of the History of the House, the Quality of their Champagnes and also their availability. Our objectif is to show you, the birth of Champagne, two different producers and make you discover 6 different Champagnes in 4 hours.
Time : Small Group Afternoon Tour starts at 1.50pm
Meeting Point : Cour de la Gare 51100 – Reims (in front of the small Tourism Office located on the right side of the TRAIN STATION) – Black Mercedes Minivan written Sparkling Tour.
Hotel Pick up ***: Only on request and may subject to an extra charge, but drop off possible directly to your hotel in Reims or Epernay.
Price : All above is included in the price of 105€/person. (Transportation from Reims, Visit of the Cellar and Tasting of 6 Champagnes)
Payment Method : We accept payment by Credit Card and Cash. Payment made via a secure link that you should receive by email the month before the date of your tour. For the last minute booking, payment will be done at the end of the tour by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy : Up to 7 days before the tour : 100% refund – Less than 7 days before the tour : no refund available. (modification of the date available according of availability)
